I would like to inform you that I bought one HITACHI Split AC(West Bengal- Hooghly PIN-******) but from day one water leakage was there but it is very unfortunate that after a couple of reminders the dealer is not doing anything. Now I am in a very difficult situation. Can you please confirm what I need to do now. I want an immediate replacement. Here Model snap which I took from the AC BOX. Waiting for your reply and thanks in advance.
