I bought my phone from Flipkart. I found an issue with a phone's software. I thought it would be fixed in the next software update. I waited but it wasn't fixed. further tried to reach customer support but they asked to do basic troubleshooting like resetting the device which doesn't solve the issue and then asked me to visit the service centre which is very much far away. I want a replacement for the product or a refund.
