I placed a prepaid order (Order No. *******) on the official website of Sanfe (Redroom Technology Pvt. Ltd.) on **/**/**** at *:** PM for an "Iconic **" perfume. The payment was successfully transferred. The company failed to dispatch the product within their advertised **–** hour shipping window. Upon contacting them via email and webchat, they changed the terms post-purchase, citing an uncommunicated *–** working days dispatch policy. Their public customer care helpline is non-functional. I request the authorities to intervene to either secure the immediate delivery of my product or enforce a complete refund to my bank account, and penalize the company for deficient service and misleading timelines.
