I had purchased the premium service on Housing.com for rental assistance. However, the assigned Relationship Manager has not been responsive, and I have not received the promised level of service.
Additionally, no useful or relevant homes have been found through this service. The property details shared are inadequate, and in many cases, property owners are not responding.
Since the service has clearly not been delivered as committed, I requested a full refund of the amount paid but no response or resolution support.
