On Dated **/**/**** around *:** Evening go for Deposit Money in My Current Account Named Shakti Enterprise, I am Also Holding Saving Accounts, Demat Accounts and Trading Accounts There from long, and for them I am Preferred Customer Categories, Every Year More than * Lacs they earn as brockage from my trading, but issue is there when i deposit the amount there is some notes come back from machine because of little poor categories and i go to the cashier for exchange notes but she rudely said no even after i request many time, even dy branch manager mr. nayan is there and i talk with them but he is also behave very badly and denied to changed not so i feeled very bad from their behaviour and services and there is not lost in monetory form but there is a big loss in services and customer satisfaction form so what i have to do for it plz suggest me
