today i faced very bad service experience with xiaomi my new only * month old redmi note * pro get bend automatically and your service team denied to repair them as they said it is not cover in warranty . if this kind of product quality and service you are going to provide , i doubt about your growth. extremely disappointed with MI.
your service team give me estimate of **** in which they include display module but my display module is fine touch is working fine, only my phone is bend .
i am extremely annoyed with MI service , this is not the customer satisfaction you should give.
