- Poor Service in AMC from LG Open

I have purchased LG WW***EP water purifier in **** anger that every year I've taken AMC for my LG water purifier from LG.
From last two I have observed that, LG person contected me only during the renewal dates and they did the BASIC servicing and nenew the contract for next year. after that they never come to maintain the product till next renewal or hardly visited once in a year.
many time I've complained (called, whats app) to LG. Every time they just send useless replies. They don't have proper technician of purifier who knows the exact knowdge of product.
It's really mental torture for me. Their customer support team doesn't care for their customer and doesn't get any proper reply from email.
