I had ordered chana sattu from blinkit on **th sep with ** other items. There was no issue with other items but the chana sattu packet had mould threads and dirty webs in it for which I complained on **th sep on blinkit chat support but the refund window had been closed till then and there was no satisfactory response even after sharing images and video of faulty product. I also emailed help@blinkit.com and grievance.officer@blinkit.com but no response was there….
