For last ** days, we are not getting the d*h signal for customer id #********* and I have raised a complaint regarding same with Videocon customer service. They have taken multiple complaints of the issue and they assured that they will send the technician asap but no one has attended it till now. Even I have escalated the issue to respective customer support supervisors (Ms Vani & Ms Pavithra) but they failed in addressing the concern. If the customer support of d*h is so hopeless like this, then I would like to discontinue the service. Find below multiple reference numbers of my complaints raised till now:
