My previous complaint was made on ** -**-**** but unfortunately, no one has visited to address the issue. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response and urgency shown by the LIVPURE team, Customer care also promised that the technician will be visiting soon and they have provided area code person number but still no response from everyone ..Could you look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to resolve the issue.... Totally no response...I have used this product less than month, I need my money refund....
