Details:
There was a rat bite to our duster CVT petrol version (* months old) took from Renault showroom silk board Bangalore. I took the car to Mysore road service centre and got corrected by paying (not free service). After some days left ORVM stopped working, so I gave again to the service centre in Mysore road. But they told again its rat bite (*st time I gave them money for rat-bite wire inspection and also for rat repellant) but this time I am ***% sure it cannot be rat bite because there were no evidence of rat bites in the whole car and ORVM stopped working during car movement where rat cannot come inside car when car is moving.
Again I agreed to pay them for ORVM fix. But when the car delivered to my home, door mats are not fixed and found full wrinkled. They told that they will send technicians to fix the floor mat in April and after **-** days they calling and asking for money and saying they will send technicians to fix the floor mat. How I can keep my car for ** days without driving with tinkle mats. I have already spent money to fix floor mat wrinkles outside by paying **** INR.
I need to lodge a complaint on Renault service Mysore road for not giving on time service and for poor service and for charging again for same car fault.
