Sir, I shall be highly obliged if you kindly read my following complaint carefully:

Delivered by Ecart Logistics.
Issue : Different book received.
I have complained to flipkart. They have offered return and Refund. But pickup boy came picked my book. Then called me again. Then rejected my pickup without a proper reason. I'm getting harassed.
Ecart Logistics details :
Saltora Hub., Agent name Tapas pal. Contact no: **********
Pick up agent had picked up my product,but after some time he had called me and told me that his senior wishmaster of saltora hub had rejected this pickup. This is a harassment. So I have to complain here regarding this issue.
I have put some attachments as proofs.
I hereby request you to go through a proper investigation and who is actually responsible for this. The seller should provide the actual product he has sent and all the ecart logistics hub should check what product they had received. Check actual weight of the parcel also. Then Replace my parcel with original product.
This is not as per my expectation from flipkart. Kindly put an investigation.
