I bought a Faculty Training Program Zoology Batch by Physics Wallah (PW) in this batch they promised me that they would give me a certificate and a job offer to the top *** people who passed the exam and rank under *** & for this exam they also provide online lecture and a personal mentor who guide me and tells me about my teaching technique. For this they charge **** Rs.
After purchasing this FTP Online Batch Program they tell me there are * exams in which we have to
Appeared at least * Proctored tests.
And must have to submit * demo videos for assessment.
attempted at least **% of the practice problems quiz.
And its necessary that i have to score **%
And they calculate the final score by following these criteria
Practice problems quiz score **%
Proctored Tests **%
Demo Score **%
For giving these exams they send login credentials by email to registered email id before one day.
Before the exam I had to fill the training detail form after filling the Training detail form They sent a registration number and they allotted a mentor to me.
After this process i have to upload a demo video on google form with my registration number.
exam dates are-
*th January **** .
** January **** which is they rescheduled to ** January ****.
** Feb ****.
** March ****.
** April ****.
* May ****
* May ****.
Today is ** January i am not getting my mentor even my registration no and no login credentials by email and I missed my *th January exam. And they are not giving any link where i have to upload my demo video.
Today ** January they send me email for *nd exam i attempted the exam by laptop after * minutes in my screen UFM warning is showing even i not doing any cheating and they automatically submitted my exam this problem is not happening with me even a another girl who also buy a FTP zoology batch she is also facing this UFM problem.
When i call to pw helpline no they just forward call one person to another person when i properly connected a person she listen my problem after listening my problem she cut the call again i redial the call after some time again another person also cut the call they just ignore even they are not showing any response.
So i need my refund otherwise they allotted me a mentor and take my missed exam and provide me my registration no and provide a link where i have to submit the * demo videos.
