I purchased Motorola Edge ** fusion *G mobile phone through online invoice dated **th December ****. My phone is ** months old as on **th July ****, when it was suddenly shown vertical lines on screen and went to black screen after few seconds. I have visited the Motorola authorised service centre and shown the phone to them. They inspected and informed me that phone is not working due to mother board issue found. I have asked them what are repair charges for phone to work. They informed me that mother board replacement will be charged Rs.*****/- . It is too much.As this is manufacturing fault, phone replacement or motherboard replacement to be the fair resolution.
