I had submitted phone with Unicorn - JM road Pune - apple authorized center. For battery drain issue - There was no physical damage to the phone. Later I got call that I can pick my phone so I went there and I saw my phone back panel is broken. So I didn't accepted phone and even service center guys accepted that this is transit damage so they will raise issue with apple. I have been waiting for revert over * weeks now and I have not been not given replacement handset yet.
