Brief Background of the Dispute
I was employed with Northface Consultancy Services Private Limited, Bengaluru, and my last working day was ** August ****. As per written confirmation from the employer, my pending salaries and full & final settlement were to be processed along with the subsequent payroll cycle. Pending Salary month - July and August.
However, despite multiple follow-ups through formal emails and reminders, the employer has failed to release my pending salaries and final settlement, even after the lapse of the reasonable statutory period. The dues remain unpaid till date.
