I have faced an horrible situation in karimnagar Dmart today
. The manager is worst fellow immediately dismissed him.
I have paid through phonepe my payment successfully. And he not allowed me to go out. And he' didn't take my products return I have waited and stands there for * hours I have complained to policedepartment also. Finally I have given my account details for return my amount and again I done payment double time and took my products.
They are harassed me alot . There is no help for customers. I cried my self .
They are not agree to refund my payment and not agree to return the products.
They told me to wait until the payment credited to merchant dmart acount.
I waited for * hours . Finally I paid double amount.
Return my phonepe paid amount that was not credited to your account
