Sir, I got an order executed for Rs****- for my old phone MI *A sold to Cashify on **/** Sep **** through my phone number **********. Bank Account particulars were given by me same day, pick up was scheduled between ** am to * pm on ** Sep ****. Unless your rep will hand over cash to me tomorrow at the time of pick up, I will not hand over phone to him without payment confirmation from my bank. Till now the bank has confirmed payment not received. For your information and action as deemed appropriate. Regards, Narendra Arora
