This was my email to netmeds.
I have made a payment of rs *** but i have not received any kind of confirmation regarding the payment.In the app also the payment is not visible.
One more problem i was not able to use my netmeds wallet during the payment as i had accumulated some amount in my wallet.What is the use of a wallet when a person cannot redeem it.
And also there is a big communication gap and your managment team needs a big improvement.
I had uploaded the prescription and selected the medicines i wanted and clicked on proceed.
I received an email saying your order has been verified and complete your payment
but after that i found the medicines which i had selected was not there instead some other medicines was included in my order list.
I called the support team and told them they told me that the medicines you selected was not available so according to the prescription we have included the medicines which are available .I got so irritated thinking who has given them the right to change my order list.If its not available then i should have been informed but it did not happen.I repeated my order to the same person .He told me that you will get an email but i did nt received any email.
Then again i called the support team i voiced my anger saying this is not done
then that lady told me that sir please repeat the order again and instantly you will get an email regarding your payment and your order will be confirmed and then i said i would like to apply my netmeds wallet balance then she said that there is some technical fault right now she will not be able to apply my netmeds wallet balance.Just imagine what kind of operations u people run everyday.And then i received an email to complete my payment i made my payment but i have not received any kind of email or text message regarding the payment.
Absolutely third class professionalism and u people think that we don't have any work
now imagine to order a medicine i had to visit the app ,uploaded the prescription and called u people twice and then again i have to write an email .U people wasted my whole day.I am done with netmeds and this shall be my last order ever with u people.
Enough of unprofessionalism i have seen from u people.
I will make sure that i will spread this incident with my friends,family and
relatives and keep as many people away from this app as possible.I will give my best.
I would like to lodge an official complaint regarding this .
I would thank you people a lot if i can get my money back .Absolutely horrendous service.
