I have booked a ride on ** feb. Ride fare was Rs. ***. It got deducted from my Amazon pay balance. Till here, it was okay.

But along with that Rs. *** also got deducted twice on ** feb which is without any reason.

I have escalated the issue on call. But, they suggested to drop a mail. But response even after multiple emails, Facebook msg and ** days over.
