I have booked tickets from Kolkata to Delhi. My payment was done , but booking was not done. I waited for ** hours, the status was same. I tried to contact through call center for whole day , but they have restricted all the ways in which we can contact them. Meanwhile my money was blocked and prices are continuously rising. Somehow I contacted one call center executive, he told me that we will call you back, but no call received. I want Goibibo to do my booking. Please do not come back after * days saying that booking cant be done , as now the same flights rates are rise upto **%
