I belong to Distt Haridwar of Uttarakhand State. I purchase a window AC from Videocon company through a dealer on dated **-**-**** who model no-VWB**WX*QL, Sr. No – D****************. Now this AC is not working properly from **-**-****. When My AC is not working then I call service helpline no. They said your service is raised within **-** hours. The company technician comes on dated **-**-**** and check the AC and said that the compressor of AC is the damage he should be changed. I register a complaint through the company helpline no. But no any response by company side till date. The company represented tell me the parts will change two or three days but did not change yet.
