- Partial shipment missing Closed

Dear Team,
I have booked a parcel via shiprocket Order # - ********** AWB # - ************ on **th June **** and it did reached the destination (partial shipment) on dated – **th June ****. However, I have raised a query on **th June'** (Complain # - *******) for the partial shipment and provided all the pre and post shipment photos along the * items pics which went missing in the partial shipment.
After ** long days of fighting with the customer support team, escalation team (spoke with supervisor Amos and Arpit), grievance team. They informed me as the pre and post video is not there they will not be able to settle my claim. Below is the reply from shiprocket.
"We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you, we would like to inform you that the concerned team has done the investigation for your highlighted concern, however due to (Due to insufficient proofs ) we will not be able to process any claim for this shipment. Hence, we are considering this case as closed.
Prior to that I got a call from the escalation team (spoke with Amit) asking for the pre and post shipment pics along with the video. I informed them I don’t have the video but have the pics along with the AWB # and the package pics which they accepted on the call but later they rejected the claim stating the video is not available.
After rejection I spoke with the customer support team informing, is it humanly possible to have a video for the all the products which is shipped by a seller for which they have no answer to it. I even told them that I am willing to settle the claim amount, which is ****, so they could decide with the management and get back to me, for which they did not get back to me.
I am okay to settle the claim amount, so it is a win win for both of us but seeing their behavior it looks like they don't want to do anything from there end and the seller has to suffer.
I have the pics which I shared, if need be I could share the details.
With such level of service, I seriously doubt till how long it will last in the market
