I placed an order for * single seater sofa and a * seater sofa. The single seater was delivered on **th July **** and the status for the * seater sofa stated it will be delivered on **th July ****. It wasn't delivered and when I checked the status it stated it will be delivered between **th - **th July ****. On **th July **** I received a message and an email stating that the order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. There was no use for just * single seater so I requested to return the product on **th July'** which is well within * days and today I have received an email stating the return cannot be accepted. I want to return the product and want my money back.
