I ordered some stuff from ferns and petals which included a set of Rakhi + money plant costing Rs ****. I added three items to the existing order - a cake(Rs ***), two kids rakhi(costing Rs ***) and two kids coffee mugs (costing Rs ***). And i also paid a convenience charge of Rs **) . I have attached my order copy. My family confirmed they did not receive money plants and cake . After lots of follow up with ferns and petals they just said "they are sorry for the inconvenience and will try to deliver it". After * days when the stuff was not delivered i asked them to refund my amount of which they refunded only Rs ***. When the value of the cake itself was Rs *** how can they refund only Rs ***? What about refund for money plants? What about convenience charge ? What about inconvenience? They spoiled my sisters birthday as the cake was not delivered on time. These companies should be taught a lesson. They make innocent customers like me a fool and rob money from us. I had placed another order from them (Order no ********) which i can cancelled after lots of follow up and successfully got a refund of Rs ***.
