I am writing regarding consignment number P********, which was booked on February *, ****, for delivery to Atpadi.
Although the expected delivery time was two days, it has now been seven days and the parcel has not arrived. I have received no tracking updates, and the booking agent has declined to assist with this matter. This shipment contains a valuable sample costing ₹*,***.
Due to this significant delay and lack of accountability, I am requesting a full refund of ₹*,*** for the lost sample. I expect a prompt resolution and appropriate action against those responsible for this service failure.
