*rd of september **** parcel was sent from Sirsi professional courier and reached to Bangalore MCO on *th of September ****. after than no one is responded properly.... finally after many follow ups parcel is received on **th september ****. when i received parcel it was covered in dirty bag. when i opened it was damaged and box has been bited by rat. all items are gone waste ..... who will bare the loss ? please reply....... and the have charged *** + charges for parcel ....
