i had order a product from paytm on **th sep **** order no - **********. as the product is from wrold store, the courier partner is gati international courier & the delivery date given to me that oct **.....but the product was out for delivery on **th oct ****......on the same day i contacted the gati coustmer care to get the deliver guy number....but they assured me that nothing to worry the product will be delivered to you by evening.....but the product not delivered to me.....on the same they updated the status as delivered.......i called the coustmer care again they told me dont worry sir there is some technical issue your product will be delivered within * days.......from oct ** onwards i called the gati coustmer care almost everyday to enquiry about my product.....they always told me that \"we will inform to the concern team they will contact you\"...but i never get a call from their side....after so many calls they told me that we can\'t trace the product where it is ....wait * days more we will deliver the product to you....i also requested them that i will go to the hub & collect the product...they told me dont worry sir we will deliver the product within *days....... till now also i didnt get back my product......so i want to raise a complaint against Gati courier for wasting my money & time , for cheating to coustmer...by mentally tourtoring by not giving the correct information.. now i want my product back with compensation tracking number of product of gati courier - *********
