I ordered my product in DTDC courier it is a electronic gadget it's very urgent product, I did a mistake that I put the wrong pincode in that parcel but I called the DTDC department for many times but they didn't give any positive response and came to the pallikaranai DTDC office in Chennai and I said that I have a problem like this and also I said that it was a urgent product please delever it fast and I gave the correct pincode to them they promised me to they will take care of it and i came back after this I again wait for above one week and in tried to call them they and they are avoided my call and they are blocked my number also at this time also I didn't get my product I need justice and also I spend much more money that use to travel for that product I need my product or I need my money back
