I placed an order for ZENFONE * refurbished phone. But inside the package there was mi *g phone. It was delivered on ** October ****. The package was opened infront of the ECOM executive who delivered to me. I talked to him about it but he said that their duty was only to deliver. Later I contacted with the customer care. The voice was not clear . However I heard her say that she would see the problem through an e-mail . But there is no mail from them till now . So I tried to contact again . But there was no reply. I even sent an e-mail with the details but there is noresponse.
