I have activated my plan as per TRAI guidelines on **th Feb **** but till date my package not activated and I lose my money and time. Customer care for videocon did not solve my problem each and every time they reply me to send your activation link. No one in customer care answering the calls and every time they show some error in our system. Since * week only free channels are working. I have paid for the new package too.
