मैंने एक उत्पाद खरीदा था [Lee cooper mens formal shoes] Rs.****, [Transection ID / Bank Reference ID:UPI/DR/************/AMAZON/UTIB/amazon@apl/Request] amazon.in से जिसका ऑर्डर आईडी है- ***-*******-******* और **-मार्च -**** तक डिलीवर किया गया। जब मैंने पार्सल खोला तब मैंने पाया कि उत्पाद का साइज वह नही था जो मैंने ऑर्डर किया था। उसके बाद मैंने ग्राहक सेवा में शिकायत की और उन्होंने कहा कि हम उस उत्पाद को वापस लेंगे और आपके पैसे वापस कर देंगे। जब डिलीवरी बॉय आया तो मैंने उसे प्रोडक्ट दिया और उसने प्रोडक्ट उठाया और अमेज़न के गोदाम में गया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने आपका धनवापसी की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दिया है और इसमें * से * कार्य दिवस लगेंगे। मैं * सप्ताह से अधिक धनवापसी की प्रतीक्षा की लेकिन मेरे धनवापसी को मेरे खाते में जमा नहीं किया जाएगा। उसके बाद मैंने फिर से अमेज़ॅन के कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल किया तब उन्होंने बताया कि मेरे रिफंड को मेरे खाते में जमा नहीं किया गया है और उन्होंने कहा कि जो उत्पाद हमने आपको भेजा था वह गलत नहीं था और आप हमें गलत उत्पाद भेजते हैं और हम आपके पैसे वापस नहीं करेंगे। क्या मैं इस मामले को ध्यान में रखने और जल्द से जल्द उचित कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध कर सकता हूं। आपका पथिक RAJESH KUMAR MOB- +************
