I ordered goods from aliexpress from Xiaomi MC store. My goods were withheld by customs in India (Ahmedebad Foreign Post Office). I received a letter from customs saying that the parcel is stopped at the custom and i have to submit documents related to the product. Everyone knows that when we place order with aliexpress we never getting any details or documents regarding transactions or payment. I tried contacting the seller but the seller is not replying. I opened a dispute with aliexpress but aliexpress is keeping me at fault and the dispute resulted in no refund. So basically i have no goods and no refund. The customs are asking me to pay **% as the duty, the seller didn’t notify me about this before placing order. I want justice
