I had booked the courier with order ID O*************. The parcel was full wet from outside and in worst condition when delivered. Whole item inside the parcel was broken and the delhivery is also accepting that it was their fault, but the loss occured to be is Rs. ****/- (value of the item couriered) Even after accepting their fault, there was no refund, no satisfactory answers
