I have ordered one mattress from livpure on ** july that was about to deiliver to me on ** july that was potenially delayed by fedex then again they given a new date **th july.after repeated contacts through emails call to both fedex and livpure none of them are taking responsibilty.After cancellation from my side they are still showing it transit with livpure asked for its courier to return back both of them are putting responsibilty oneachothers it been more than * weeks.its a prepaid order so i want my refund.
