I recently replaced an item and received a completely different product instead. On October **, ****, I raised a return request for this incorrect item. The scheduled pickup was set for October **, ****, but it did not occur. I immediately filed a complaint and escalated the matter to ensure the pickup was completed by or before October **, ****.However, the logistics team has been scheduling and canceling pickups daily without ever reaching my doorstep. Every time I contact support, I receive false promises, experience long hold times, and have calls disconnected without any resolution. This ongoing issue has caused me significant mental stress and frustration due to your team's inaction and unhelpful responses.I demand immediate action to process the return, issue a full refund, and compensate me for the inconvenience. Please provide a confirmed pickup slot within the next ** hours and update me on the status right away.
