I placed an order for * jerseys on March **, ****, through the seller’s online store. As per the seller’s stated policy, standard shipping takes ** business days (excluding weekends and holidays), followed by *–* days for delivery. However, the stipulated time frame has already passed, and I have neither received the product nor been provided with any tracking details. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I have only received automated responses that do not address my issue. The seller has failed to provide any clear update regarding the shipment status or expected delivery. This lack of communication and delay in service is causing inconvenience and raises concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction. I request intervention to: Obtain a clear update and valid tracking details for my order, OR Initiate a full refund if the order has not been shipped. Order Details: Order Date: March **, **** Product: * Jerseys Order ID: ******** Amount Paid: ₹***.** I request that necessary action be taken against the seller and my issue be resolved at the earliest.
