This is the first time I have bought some clothes from Ajio. First the delivery was delay. Then they cancel one of my item without any update or information from their end. Now I want to return one of the item (a cotton saree which is not as expected). After one fake attempt. I have called their customer care and given a complaint email. This has been * times they have given me assurance saying they will pick it up in *-* days with no result. Its since ** days I am waiting for the product to returned. Can't believe I am cheated like this. Such a wastage of time and money. Please help
