Respected Voxya Team,
I Kukil Borah ordered a drone camera on **/**/**** on wowkart.in worth Rs ****. As the option of COD was not available, I paid the amount through my credit card. After the payment they generated a transaction id, but after that there was no any response from the website. Till **/**/**** the order status was processing. Regarding the status of my order I have mailed the company but there was no any response from them. Neither, the phone number they highlighted in the website is working. And there is no any cancellation option of the order in my account section. I am totally confused now what to do.
Kindly, help me with the incident that I am facing to resolve it that they refund my money.
