This is regarding docket no. *********.
I booked it from gati ltd on *th for * bags and assured delivery was on *th oct but still i waited for *-*days for delivery of shipment.
It was still showing in pune itself until i called customer care with complaint no ********.I got * bags in which my crockery cup was broken. * bag is still remaining. I was informed it will be delivered on monday **th oct but no update on it yet .
