I have pre ordered on *th Sep, Vivo V** Pro and made payment through credit card. The estimated delivery date was **th Sep, till date I didn't received my product.. I am prime member of Amazon , but Amazon unable to deliver the product.On daily basis connecting with Amazon customer service they are only promising, After so many calls now Amazon is telling to cancel my order after ** days. Amazon is unable delivery the product in Bangalore. Really ridiculous.
I am really unhappy with Amazon service as prime member.
