I have ordered a phone for my sisters birthday in sept **th and its been ** days and still my package is not delivered . i contacted to my seller in Karnataka he said he have mailed the company for the status of the package but he said there is no response from the currier company . he got news that the package is stuck in panvel in Maharashtra and they are not releasing it to my location because they lost some packages there and they have locked the doc. I gave the company call many times but no one picked up the call.i been waiting for days for my parcel. the ECOM express is literally the worst delivery company right now . not sure why are they not delivering my parcel. i have the photo of my package which was clicked by the seller before sending to me.
