I had ordered a mobile back cover on **th August ****. I paid Rs. *** online for the same. Till today i have not received the package. I tried contacting the customer support via Whatsapp on *th September ****. They said i will get it soon. But after not getting it , i tried emailing them , contacting them on facebook , even called the provided support number. Some guy picked up my call and said i had dialed a wrong number when the same number had replied to me on whatsapp.
Please help me in this regard.
