I ordered some masks from Allen Solley and the same were to be delivered on **th Sept. The Ecom executive called me on **th evening and requested in the order could be delivered next day as he was stuck in traffic. I said it was ok. I waited for the next two days but the order was not delivered. I m calling the customer care executive from past four days, everyday they tell me that it would be delivered today. Also when I try tracking it online it just shows the status till **th sept ie undelivered. I hv been chasing this since last * days but no proper reply received. Pathetic service provided by ecom.
