I was supposed to receive my order on **rd september,the delivery agency just contacted me once and I couldnt answer the call.. I called back immediately and the number was not reachable, waited for * days- no response, so contacted ecom express customer care on **th september and logged complaint, I was advised that I will receive my order on **th september.. I didnt receive, I contacted them again on **th september and was promised my order will be delivered on **th, However I haven't received my order yet and Im unhappy with their poor service
