The shipment is supposed to be delivered to Eluru, but the executive named Kaja from DTDC Vijayawada Apex branch updated the status as delivered to self. Also when enquired in branch he was very abusive towards customers. Was supposed to be delivered in March and after a prolonged wait and several complaints, they gifted it to themselves and marked "Successfully Delivered". Please help.
