मैंने अपनी कंपनी यादव टेक सॉल्यूशन के नाम से पेरिस कंप्यूटर मुंबई से समान मंगवाया था, जो कि * बॉक्स थे , जो spoton कोरियर से ** जून **** को बुक किया गया था, यह समान ** जून **** को दिल्ली आ गया, उसके साथ ही बिल था उसके उपर पता पुराना था, मेरे पास डिलेवरी वाले का फोन आया और मैंने उसे अपने नए पते पर समान भेजने के लिए बोल दिया और साथ है उसके मोबाइल नंबर पर नए पते का मैसेज कर दिया,इसके बाद * जुलाई **** को मुझे एक बॉक्स मिला, मैंने दूसरे बॉक्स के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर *********** पर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, पर उसके बाद भी मुझे बॉक्स नहीं मिला, फिर मैंने spoton के अधिकारी विशाल यादव को फोन करके शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, पर इसके बाद भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला, इसके बाद मैंने ** जुलाई ****, ** जुलाई, ** जुलाई, ** जुलाई, ** जुलाई, ** अगस्त और ** अगस्त **** को मेल करके और टोल फ्री नंबर पर भी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, पर इसके बावजूद मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं मिला, मै एक कारोबारी आदमी हूं, मुझे वो समान आगे अपने ग्राहकों को देना था, जिस वजह से मुझे आर्थिक और मानसिक तौर पर भारी परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है, कृपया करके मुझे मेरा समान दिलवाया जाए और मानसिक के साथ आर्थिक तौर पर हुई परेशानी का मुआवजा दिलवाया जाए, मै आपका बहुत आभारी रहूंगा
