Hi , I had ordered *kg Protien powder of Rs**** on **th August **** and paid the amount online.
But till now order is not delivered and amount is not refunded to me. I am trying to contact the customer care but no response I am getting. Even they are not giving replies to my mail. I have attached the third party invoice details . Please help me in refunding my amount.
