I have placed an order from clovia on *nd july. My order id is *******.I paid an amount of ***/- through online mode. While placing the order expected delivery date was shown **th july but yet I have not received my package. Continuously they are postponing the delivery date every day. I drop many emails n call to the customer care but there was no response from there side. Customer care service is very bad. After * weeks when order get dispatched they provided tracking id (**********) for the shipment but I am not able to track it because the tracking details are incorrect. They don't provide any option to their customers so that they can cancel the order n get the refund. I really got disappointed because I could not find out anyway to resolve this issue. This type of e-commerce company should be banned who fooled there customers.
