I have couriered medicines from Narasapuram(AP WG district) to patancheru(Hyd TG). But the courier service made delivery attempt at Rajahmundry. When i tracked and found that it was at the wrong place i have contacted the courier support and raised a complaint. But even after ** days i have no update and also unable to find the location of parcel (as i contacted respective branches individually where the parcel has been before but of no use).
Please take an action on this and awaiting a quick resolution.
